This policy explains how refunds work for paid bambam plans. Paid plans are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record, so Paddle is your contracting party for the purchase and issues the invoice; refunds are paid out by Paddle. The Service itself is operated by Peer Dicken Media, Kirchentoft 4, 24983 Handewitt, Germany — hello@bambam.bio. Last updated: September 2026.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, and you get your money back in full. This statutory right always takes precedence over anything else on this page. How it works, what the deadline is and how to declare it is set out in our right of withdrawal notice — including a button that does it for you, without logging in.
Once the withdrawal period has passed, a paid period is generally not refunded. You can cancel at any time: cancelling stops the next renewal, your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your account then returns to the free plan. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not refund the remaining days of a running period.
We would rather sort a problem out than keep money that does not feel earned. Write to hello@bambam.bio and we will look at it — in particular if:
Decisions here are ours to make case by case; they do not limit your statutory rights.
Either write to hello@bambam.bio with the email address of your account, or contact Paddle directly through the receipt you received for the payment. Paddle can identify the transaction from that receipt. If you are inside the 14 days, the fastest route is the withdrawal function.
Refunds are issued by Paddle to the payment method you used for the purchase. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer — typically a few business days, sometimes longer. Paddle handles the invoice correction and any tax that was collected.
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can deactivate or delete your account at any time in the settings.
