You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Alternatively, you may inform us by any clear statement (e.g. an email to hello@bambam.bio) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we (or Paddle, as seller of record) will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
Your Pro plan is a digital service that starts immediately. When you purchase Pro, you expressly request that we begin providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. For ongoing subscriptions, where the service has only been partially provided, you remain liable only for the proportionate amount of what has already been delivered up to the point of withdrawal (§ 357 BGB). You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals.
